 Responsibilities:

• Management and implementation of projects related to drills (hammer, impact and rotary)
• Select and contact team members (Switzerland, Poland and China )
• Report and obtain releases at Project Review Meeting (PRM) meetings using required templates and documentations
• Perform and follow up functional cost analysis (support from Power Tools-Accessories/PT-AC/CTG and or GlnP/CTG – Controlling)
• Check legal requirements within the projects (support from  PT-AC/EST)
• Align with  MoB (Make-or-Buy) and other MFG procedures
• Conduct kick-off, QG meeting and project meetings including minutes and OPL
• Perform legally binding checks with required documentations (e.g. Export Control, PSR…)
• Contribute to MAE request, PUR activities, QMM releases, operations and QG preparations
• Ensure all required documentation and approval steps are uploaded and maintained in PMT
• Cooperation with the direct superior – the Head of the Technical and Engineering Department in Switzerland and the newly established team in Poland

Scope of this position is planning, execution and closing of product development projects according to PIF-AC guideline. Project Manager will be responsible for creating a clear and realistic project objectives, building project requirements and manage the typical project constraints of cost, time and quality.

Requirements:

• Technical background (master or bachelor in Engineering)
• Experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer or Process Engineer/Product Engineer/Production Engineer involved in the launch of new products to the market or involved in product transfers between factories
• I&R complexity knowledge as preferred requirement
• Proactivity to find solutions and take decision and/or escalate when necessary
• Team spirit to motivate and lead without direct responsibility lines over the team members
• Global overview to understand all aspects of projects complexity
• English proficiency is a must
