Responsibilities:

• Ordering goods and production materials – working based on system data, ensuring material availability and production continuity – focusing on ongoing production support.
• Contact and cooperation with suppliers and customers (contact in Polish and English).
• Entering purchase and sales orders into the ERP system (Monitor ERP System).
• Price calculation in the ERP system.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers through personal, phone, and email contact to continuously improve the purchasing process.
• Monitoring and supervising the timeliness of deliveries.
• Internal cooperation and effective communication during the purchasing process (close cooperation with the Strategic Purchasing Department, warehouse and production planner).
• Cooperation with the direct superior in Sweden/Supply Chain Manager and daily cooperation with the Logistics Department team in Poland (2 Purchasing Specialists, 1 Sales Specialist).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company as a necessary condition.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• As an added advantage – Experience in the window, door, or related industry, responsibility for ordering materials such as screws, aluminium profiles, or glass for continuous production.
• The desire to develop in an environment where changes and improvements are a natural part of everyday work – readiness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers, clients and team.
• Independence, commitment, accuracy, responsibility, good work organization, and an analytical approach.
