Responsibilities:

• Responsibility and support for non-standard platforms.
• Responsibility and support in building integration between systems.
• Coordinating the development team, ensuring high code quality and adherence to the best programming practices – being part of a global IT team (you will act as a local Team Leader/single point of contact for two developers in Poland).
• Monitoring, identifying and resolving any issues.
• The company strives to create good and long-term solutions with forward thinking – company mindset is to find root cause of problems, and not just create quick fixes.
• Development on custom platforms – company have an online store based on Java and an in-house portal solution based on C# and Angular (cloud based). Company help build integrations between systems in landscape.
• Onboarding and supervision of Junior Software Developer in the Polish Branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C#, Angular or JavaScript / TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Databases and SQL, Git
• Good in English and Polish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good ability to work with the team and management of the company
• Leadership skills including the ability to mentor and coordinate a team
• Commitment, focus on finding solutions, responsibility
• Willing to travel (Denmark trips and possible trips to Sweden – at first it may be once a month for a few days, then gradually reducing travel for online meetings)
